OUR MISSION

Seliger Giovanni Battista Scalabrini (1839-1905) Vater der Migranten
Blessed John Baptist Scalabrini

We strive to live the values of the gospel in our daily lives: charity, honesty and forgiveness. We encourage service and leadership from within the parish to provide for the community’s present and future needs.

Our parish is served by the Scalabrinian Fathers who belong to the Congregation of the Missionaries of St. Charles Borromeo, an international community of religious brothers and priests, founded in Piacenza (Italy) in 1887 by blessed John Baptist Scalabrini. Inspired by the Scalabrinian charism, we are primarily called to announce the good News of Christ to migrants and refugees, promoting an attitude of welcoming and valuing diverse cultures, thus forming the catholic (universal) church of which we are part. We rejoice in being a multicultural parish formed by the Italian community, English speaking and the Hispanic Communities.
